The kingsbridge cocktail at THE KINGSBRIDGE INN, TOTNES

FRIDAY 14th OCTOBER  7.30pm

The oldest inn in Totnes welcomes each and everyone to a regular new open mic evening on each 4th Friday of the month. Like Trade Winds, The Kingsbridge Cocktail is almost always mc’d by the ever-entertaining Simon Williams, with support from his partner in poetry, Susan Taylor. In September, our Totnes festival session was jam-packed with wonderful performers, both musical and vocal, so do arrive on time to ensure a spot, if you want to perform. Free entry... & a raffle to raise funds for a portable pa system.

Trade winds at THE TRADESMANS ARMS, SCORITON

SUNDAY 23rd OCTOBER  7.30pm

Autumnal breezes are sweeping across Dartmoor & in the season of mists and mellow fruitfulness it’s time for a new season of this ever popular Dartmoor acoustic night for poets, singers, musicians, storytellers & wandering bards of all kinds. It’s in the bar and it’s free and everyone’s welcome to take part, or to listen. We were a bit thin on the ground for our first session last month, so please come and support again, if you can. Note to the beer drinking folk - The Tradesmans Arms is in the new CAMRA guide!!
